He has held leadership roles in premier organizations, including 3M Minnesota Nigeria and MTN Nigeria, where he directed large-scale operations, developed high-performing teams, and successfully led complex business transformations.

As Chief Operating Officer of Percept Media, he was instrumental in the agency’s digital transition, managing P&L, and overseeing new business acquisition in collaboration with the global network Local Planet. At Lintas Media, Kenny led the development of the Initiative Media-BBC World Adwatch study, an extensive research project providing insights into Indian consumer advertising perceptions.

Throughout his career, Kenny has excelled in leading cross-functional teams across continents, including Africa, UAE, and China. He has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, project management, value-based engineering, and digital transformation.
