CAREER JOURNEY:

Has 39 years of experience in Finance and Accounting functions of various business verticals namely Engineering, Auto Components, Bulk Commodities & Chemicals, Leather & Leather Products and BPO sector. Out of 39 years of experience 30 years (1992- 2022) was with TATA Group. Worked extensively in major Indian cities within the TATA Group.

As a part of Center of Excellence activity, in his recent assignment as, Director & Group CFO of Pilani Group based at Hyderabad (having operations in UK, USA, Africa & India as well) from Aug 22 to Jan 24. Leading the role to centralize the total Finance and Accounts function at Hyderabad for all companies operating at various countries (to help the promoter to monitor cash, profitability, and other key financial parameters) total back-office finance operation along with meeting respective country compliances.

He, started professional carrier in 1989 with GVK group; moved to TATA Group at Kolkata in 1992; and rose within TATA group (1992 to 2022) from officer level to Vertical CFO level. Worked at various metro cities during this period. (Moved from TATA group in 2022 to take care of extended family at Hyderabad.) Prior to GVK worked with Asian Paints Pvt Limited and Anandam & Co 1986-89)

As a coach, Srinivas is specialized in training Non finance team subject as Finance for Non Finance, educate and guide on goal oriented wealth creation to various categories of employees and he also provided training on process like O2C (AR), P2P(AP), GL, Fixed Assets etc.,

Srinivas, involved in implementation of software like SAP, Oracle and MS Dynamics at various verticals and successfully migrated the data and ensured going live on time, also involved in mergers and acquisitions of companies, setting up finance function, structuring charters of accounts, and preparation of annual budgets, preparation of SOPs.

Srinivas was a Director in subsidiary companies of Tata Business Support Services and Tata International Limited and recently in Pilani Organics. He was also appointed as CSR Committee Chairperson for a period of one year with Tata Business Support Services Limited.
